Past Projects

Georgia Senate Democratic Caucus

As Finance Director (2021-2023), I worked to professionalize and grow GSDC’s fundraising and development program from $300,000 to $1,300,000 (over 4 times) for the 2022 Election Cycle. Also led the development of the Caucus’ digital program and integrating individual donors for the first time.

I have worked with political and advocacy organizations for ten years, from elected official campaigns to nonprofits and NGOs, to develop or redevelop programs and campaigns. I come to clients with a start-up mindset, and help build or reimagine pathways to success and stronger impacts. While every client has a ceiling, there is always an opportunity to break it!

In summary, I work with the clients to:

  • Tell their Story and Connect

  • Building Partnerships

  • Organization Management & Development

What’s my focus

Del. Elizabeth Guzman

Campaign Manager (2017, 2019). I helped elect her in a competitive red-to-blue flip legislative race, and then her re-election as part of a new Democratic majority in VA General Assembly. She served as 2017 Chair of the Freshman Class. Guzman was one of the first two Latinas elected to the General Assembly.

Frank McNeill for Congress

Campaign Manager (2018). I worked with Aberdeen Town Mayor win the Democratic nomination for the 8th Congressional District, one of then-four competitive North Carolina congressional races. Built a coalition of Democrats, from African Americans to conservatives, and organized an aggressive fundraising campaign that fueled his blug-dog candidacy against a more progressive and party-aligned field of candidates.
